Nowadays there are many ways to treat, alleviate, or manage a patient’s diagnosed condition. Either through conventional oral or topical medications alone, medications used in conjunction with physical therapy, alternative medication or holistic health, specialty compounding, infused medications, and nutritional health. A pharmaceutical drug is referred to as medicine, medication can be loosely defined as any chemical substance intended for use in the medical diagnosis, cure, treatment, or prevention of disease. Medications can be classified in various ways, such as by chemical properties, route of administration, biological system effects, or therapeutic system effect.

Pharmacology - Is defined as the study of drug action within the human body. More specifically, it is the study of the interactions that occur between a living organism (An individual form of life, such as a plant, animal, bacterium, protist, or fungus; a body made up of organs, organelles, or other parts that work together to carry on the various processes of life), and exogenous (produced outside the body ) chemicals that alter normal biochemical function. If substances have medicinal properties, they are considered pharmaceuticals. Pharmacology deals with how drugs interact within biological systems to affect function. It is the study of drugs, of the body's reaction to drugs, the sources of drugs, their nature, and their properties. In contrast, pharmacy is a medical science concerned with the safe and effective use of medicines.

Development of medication is a vital concern to medicine, to protect the consumer and prevent abuse, many governments regulate the manufacture, sale, and administration of  medication. In the United States, the main body that regulates pharmaceuticals is the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), which enforces standards set by the United States Pharmacopoeia (USP).

Pharmacy is the health profession that links the health sciences with the chemical sciences, and it is charged with ensuring the safe and effective use of pharmaceutical drugs. Pharmacy practices include specialty compounding,  dispensing medications, drug infusion services, veterinary medicine, clinical services, patient consultations, reviewing medications for safety and efficacy, and providing drug information. Pharmacists, therefore, are the experts on drug therapy and are the primary health professionals who optimize medication use to provide patients with positive health outcomes.

Our singular goal is to provide a medication treatment solution, for a healthier you.
